Well, I've only been in 1 regiment since I started playing BG2 back in 2008. So I can only say The Royal Recruits. A few members can be a bit harsh at times, but once you understand the dynamics of the clan people usually stay for the long run. Like all the officers in The Royal Recruits have been in the clan for a minimum of 5-9 years. Usually nowadays, once a serious recruit joins, they usually hang around for a few years, so most of us are rather close. People probably hate the fact that we only promote if a spot opens up, so we usually have a few unhappy privates begging for promotions :( (The average wait time for a promotion within The Royal Recruits is about 1-2 years!! AA, though the fastest since I've been around was a member named Alpha back in BG2, I believe he got promoted from Private all the way up to Sgt within 12 months.)

If I had to choose another regiment, 1er under Herlev seemed like a nice bunch of lads, since we knew him quite well back in BG2 under his old clan. The 17th also seems like a nice bunch of people!

54th West Norfolk.
The regiment has a solid drive to become the best regiment in the game. We may not be there yet but it is getting there.
Also the people are simply different, all the other regiments are full of kids that still laugh at fart jokes. I found solace in the 54th.

Im gonna say i love the 29th Worcestershire. The mix of some discipline (No trolling) and the love of doing well with high numbers is my favorite thing in this Regiment.

2ndQF/12th

7y 2nd place because troll
Good, an extension of the 8th. Tico formed the 2ndQF after falling out with the 8th and based some stuff off of our serious time :P
Being called a extension really will grate anyone's nerves...

Well they didn't ask me do i want to join or not. It's called conscription. Also i am not american so marines are not really anything special here in Finland. Sure they are tough but also harder to join into.
I served a year in armored brigade as self-propelled artillery driver. Nothing really glamorous but it was fun.

Hmm, 91st.

Great community, the training actually improved members, unlike most regimental trainings nowadays, and we always had a blast in line battles.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
