Hello,

I was banned for killing a guy that kept trolling me and a friend and killing our horses.  I understand from experience that it is hard to moderate servers as you cannot be in all place and see all things but I would like to be able to play on the only North American server.  Thanks!

Lots and lots of teamkilling.  I see rather than defuse the situation and drop it, you had to continue to insult said person and teamkill back and forth multiple times.

Unban on 11/23/13 so bump this thread on that day.

They were banned yes.

That's interesting because one of the three "culprits" is a friend of mine and was not banned.  He remained on the server for awhile afterwards and has joined repeatedly since then in order to tell me that he is on the server and that I should join, just so I can see the ban screen.

There is a difference between an in game ban and a log ban.

it is now November 28, 2013, 12:21:59 am and I am still banned

I see you didn't read the part you highlighted.  Had you read it, you would of seen it say for you to bump this thread on that day(the 23rd) for an unban.

You are unbanned, should be able to rejoin within the hour.

Be sure to reread the rules as to not be banned again or next time it will a longer ban.
