), the captains for the huge work in organising and pulling players from different nationalites together, the referees and the organisers of course, for making all of this possible.
It was a great pleasure to fight against such motivated and skilled adversaries. Some, like Turkey, even distinguished themselves for excellent fair play and sportmanship. Congratulations to them
Finally, I would like to give some special thanks to all the Italian players, who fought very bravely and focused until (and especially!) the very end of the matches.
I cannot deny that we are a bit sad for losing the match against Scandinavia with only 1/3 of our roster available. Alas, these are things that happen in life.
Tonight we wanted to show our real valour and we fought an awesome match against a very strong team, like Benelux.
So gg to them and good luck to the four teams which made it to the semifinals.
