Dear community,

After the success of our first 8eCC hosted event, we have decided to offer you a new evening of equestrian fun. In order to make it less repetitive, the new event will now be hosted every two fridays, starting on the 27th of November.

Only cavalry will be allowed. In order to make it fair and more interesting all type of cavalry will be welcome, however with some rules: Only 2 regiment of dragoons (with guns) and 2 regiment of lancers per side. Other specific rules can be found below.

We hope this event will be entertaining as much as challenging for any cavalry regiment. Contact me on steam or post on this topic for further information.

The event will take place every two Fridays at 7.00pm (London Time). Server information will be handed every week on steam to the regiment leaders, for practical reasons it is required that you keep us informed in case your regiment's leadership is to be reshaped.
Balance and factions will be sorted out just before the event, we'll try to match your preferences as much as we can.

Global Rules :

Global chat restricted to officers as much as possible. Don't spam the chat. Any request must be asked by officers only.
Please wear your regiment tags, otherwise you'll probably be kicked.
If you won't come for any reason please inform any admin via steam or teamspeak before the event.
No pistols can be fired (be it on foot or on horseback).
No insults.
No trolling.
No ramboing.
No hodoring.

Unit Rules :


1. Hussars

Between 8 - 25+ players per regiment
They must stay in formation before the charge.
They can have up to four officers, two musicians and two colours at most per regiment.

Only 2 regiment per side maximum.
They must stay in formation before the charge.
They can have up to four officers, two musicians and two colours at most per regiment.
Couching the lance is allowed.

3. Dragoons

Only 2 regiment per side maximum.
They must stay in formation before the charge.
They can have up to four officers, two musicians and two colours at most per regiment.
They have to form a line in order to shoot. No fire in charge at all.
They can't fire if they are dismounted.

Unfortunately, the Ve is already hosting an event on saturday. We'll see if we can get enough people on thursday, if not we will probably also host it on friday later.
