General Discussion / How Do You Interface With And Control A Server Running on Your Own Machine?

I have successfully set up and have launched a server on my local machine (for map testing.) I did this with the Steam "Battle Cry of Freedom - Dedicated Server" download.  Is there any way to control the server via a GUI interface like those provided by commercial hosting sites? If not, where can I find a list of the console window (terminal) commands necessary to achieve similar functionality?

Any help would be appreciated.

I need to set up a server on my local machine to do some map testing for BCoF. I've looked through the boards and googleized it but haven't found a concise guide. Is there a guide I'm missing or can someone provide some instructions? Any help would be appreciated.
