Being regularly officer aimed myself  i can tell you that having whole enemy companies deliberately aiming only for you in battle rounds that last 15 minutes is not just irritating, it makes you furious.

I am also being regularly officer aimed at and I can tell you that it's no different from being shot by the first volley as an ordinary ranker; somewhat frustrating but very much a part of the game. As stated above, have a chain of command figured out and perhaps if you let others lead apart from yourself, the problem won't be as frequent.
