When I want to start him up he starts to beep and I get a black screen. I tried to replace the memory things (don't know the exact word in English sorry  :-\ ) But it's not that. They said they would fix the problem. But it all sounds wierd to me.  :-\

Yep, I tried and placed it back in but still wouldn't start up. I hope it can still be fixed.  :-\
