You'd be surprised how many quirks there are in their listing selection algorithms. You've got to manage your website, metatags and the like very carefully if you want to appear under the right search terms (and on the first page).

In my opinion, SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization and it's definition is Improve the visibility of the website in search engine. Optimize it according to search engine's guidelines.
