No he said that historical games were important to Total War and that Warhammer is being made by a different branch of CA, not the guys who do historical stuff
Not interely right.
There is several teams for in CA working with the Total War franchise, but let's just focus on the ones creating the old school TW games and not the new Battles, Arena etc.
So two teams is making the main TW games, and it's been that way since Shogun II if I remember correctly. While one of the teams continued supporting the newly released game (S2) the other team would then continue creating the next TW game.
So Warhammer will delay the next historical TW game as one of the teams will be occupied creating that, and the other supporting Atilla. Not sure how long the delay is though, I guess CA is smart enough to have the Atilla team already on the next historical TW as the majority fans probably would get quite mad not getting a historical TW for a while :p

That is unless it's the Alien-team that is working on Warhammer and I'm completely wrong about all this and things will just continue.

I think it's a general rule of thumb that people are just idiots when commenting on anything public on Facebook.

2 great grandfathers, both forced to fight in the german army. Both deployed in Flanders where one of them fell.

Good match everyone. Ended of as Major and got 2 kills, so I'm satisfied  ;)

Anyways, I'm so happy for the run we've had. Being there from the very beginning I certainly have seen some up's and downs, seeing how the community has changed and how my friends have changed. I've learned a lot from being in this regiment and got to know a lot of nice people, so thanks a lot for that.
Won't get super sentimental as I've been that way too much lately  :-*

But thanks for everything, and all the best luck to all of you in the future!

Considering submarines are for the military, I highly doubt a country like Spain or somewhere would be sending out a distress call in Russian, Riddlez.

Never know. But it could also be a former USSR country where a crew accidentally is Russian Speaking?

Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia are doing this,

Those are the only ones with sea outlets in the baltic. This wouldnt be the first time Russias have sent dubs to Sweden without permission.

None of those 3 countries have submarines.

And yes, I'm 99,9% sure there has been a russian submarine in swedish territory. And so are the experts  in sub-surface warfare that I work with. I highly doubt it's still there though.
Unless it broke and sunk, a mini-sub that is suitable for doing reconnaissance won't stay on the bottom for this long. It's possible yes, but it would be much easier and practical for it to simply escape. Escaping in a costal/mini-sub is quite easy in an archipelago as sonars, both active and passive, have short range in such waters, and a small sub can get close to islands, cliffs etc and hide. That, and working with a datum that is always out-dated makes it impossible for the swedes to find it.

But as written in the Scandinavian thread about this, the swedish navy probably got a pretty strong case when they have to discuss the next budget for the navy  ;)

Det skandinaviske/-a forumet / Re: Ubåtsjakten

Spændene, men ingen overraskelse.

Played the 4 first chapters and I'm actually really liking it. Not othervise a big fan of the type of game, but the immersion and overall feel of the game is good. Some really simple controls which makes the game quite easy to just start up and play. One thing I don't like is the level design and the whole concept of "find this small button on the wall in this huge room". I don't want to waste my time running around for 10 minutes looking for a button I've run by 10 times without noticing it.
But a strong 3/5 stars from me, simply because the genre overall isn't very appealing to me, and I hate running around to find stuff.

Got a code for it but haven't had a proper connection to download it yet. And I'm not really the type for horror-games anyway. But I'll give a report once I've tried it!

Nah I just guess they though it wouldn't be a good idea to have links to illegal material on the forums. They can still be found everywhere though.

There's way too much we don't know that we can make conclusions. For all we know the plane could have crashed by itself.
And what exactly would the separatists gain from this? More focus or even international intervention?
