Regardless of timezone, the original 87th has full ownership of the name. They have not given you permission to use "87th", so it will not be added to the list.
POTUS did actually post on their thread last night wishing them good luck, but asking them to change their name to prevent confusion. He was really friendly about it.
Turns out the leader wants to be a fool and deleted POTUS' post on his thread. Odd that he didn't delete the post I made about the 87th already being a name that is taken. Unless he properly brands his thread as EU, uses sufficiently unique tags and asks permission to use the name, it won't end well for him.
