Does a regiment need to have post on the forums? Lets just say that a regiment has been around for about 2 and Half Years, and they have a very lazy Colonel, who may or may not be me, do they need to have a post here?

But if your Col is lazy someone else could do it maybe. Doesn't matters who creates the post.
