Yeah, keep doing overall movement, push your body a little everyday and eventually everything will just go extremely easy, the biggest part I saw with myself and with others who are just starting is that they feel like the start is too heavy and they give up, once you're a few months in you're just going with the flow and pretty much set so don't give up.
Also try to eat as much healty food as possible, not much sugar nor fast food.
Diet is apart of it, unless you want to lift alot, then you'll start to eat more again.
