There is no clear best player in NA rn. Almost everyone is interchangeable.This list kinda says the opposite. Russians only good at group fights and risk is just like entry level for the list. Plz change rankings back to the original. Everyone else in between is just players who we thought were decent enough to be included

Well, context matters in both.

And I can't agree with duel results being irrelevant. While they aren't a 100% accurate indicator as to who's definitively a better player, they shouldn't be disregarded either.
