There were around 1000 up to 1500 Reenactors in Leipzig.
For next year the Battlefield will change, and more than 3000 will come.

our unit decided against the event due to the cold weather and our unit having an average age of about 45 but i bet it was wonderful

Here, there is (sometimes) some old English fellow who re-enacts the pensionors of Chelsea-thingy. He has the best re-enactment face...EVER!

-it is as per a surviving coat,
-and according to the regulations,
-this is the exact colour it should be

btw i don't have the coat yet,,photo from person im getting it from. As he still needs to sew the buttons on, should get it on Monday (Sunday tommorow )
