Official Servers Bans & Unbans / unban me from NA1 pls

I was banned for impersonating my regiment because I had changed my name because my regiment leader didn't know my in game name so he told the mods to ban me, also he didn't notify them after I was banned, that I was in fact in his regiment which should have him banned for that. I got banned on February 3 2014 around 12:05 to 12:20; I am in the pacific time zone. My id is:666588
