This thread is dedicated to all the announcements concerning the Cavalry Champions Leagues. All relevant information regarding league updates will be added below in seperate posts.

Many regiments have asked us when the intended start date is for the CCL.
After speaking about it with a few regimental leaders, we have decided on a date.

The official starting date of the Cavalry Champions League - Season 2 will be:

Monday August 26th 2019

On this date the first matchweek will start, and the CCL will officially be underway, meaning we will make sure that all needed information will be released on Friday August 23rd 2019
Each matchweek will be posted on the Friday leading up to that match week. This ensures that regiments have plenty of time to organize their matches
 
The rules will be posted today to ensure that all regiments have plenty of time to read through them and ask questions for any rules they deem vague.
If any further rules are needed these will be updated and a formal announcement will be made to ensure everyone is notified.

The referee applications will also be opened today, we will not be using a junior referee system meaning that if you sign up as a referee
you are expected to be capable of refereeing a match on your own with no further supervising.

We as the CCL Organization team are happy to announce that we have finalised and confirmed all participants for the second season of the Cavalry Champions League.
As many of you know we chose for a 2 league system this year. And we have been able to get 8 regiments for both leagues. Meaning this competition will take (preferably) 7 weeks to finalize!

With the confirmation and announcement of both leagues, you are now allowed to start submitting your roster. You can submit your roster HERE

The first match week of season two has been announced!

This is slightly earlier than previously stated, but I'm busy most of this weekend so thought it suitable to post now. Follow the link to find out who your first opponent will be. Remember you have one week to organise and play your match, so starting Monday the 26th, matches should be organised and played throughout that week.

Make sure to have your rosters submitted by the end of this week so they are ready for the start of the first match week, thanks.

Several people have pointed out flaws with the current point system that's being used in the League Table, flaws which I didn't take into consideration. The point system has been updated accordingly to rectify this.

The player Tulkas, with the GUID 1267374 from the 1er Régiment de Hussards

&

The player Thomas Shelby, with the GUID 1997666 from the 2nd Hessian Regiment of Foot

have been found to be the same player using multiple accounts. This person has therefore under the following rule been ejected from the tournament and is now ineligible to play in any further matches of the Cavalry Champions League - Season 2

- It is strictly prohibited for a player to play or have played for more than one regiment participating in the CCL regardless of what league they are in. If a player is found to be on the roster of more than one regiment participating in the CCL then that player will be ejected from the tournament. Regiments that were complicit and knowingly allowed a player from another CCL regiment to play for them will be punished accordingly.

We are not taking any further action towards either of the regiments involved, as there in no evidence to suggest any type of wrong doing from either of the regimental leaders.

I would like to take this ban to remind everyone that we have a 0 tolerance rule on multi clanning, and any sign of multi clanning with intent will be faced with an immediate ejection from the tournament. We as the organizing team do our best to find any multi clanners within the tournament to ensure a fair and enjoyable expierence for all participating regiments, in both League 1 and 2.
