Beta 0.9 is now out

Includes a full Terrain and Object Overhaul
All Textures are now rescaled and even imports some used Native Textures to be as perfect as possible.
Horses have been made smaller on the sides for easier hitbox detection,
Human Body has been made thinner to also better match hitboxes.
All Hats, Weapons and Textures whatsoever have been rescaled. I have no honest clue if this is or ever was Mac compatible, but this might have broken it.
Added French Vistula and 84e Skins for better French differentiation. (British Lines will be reworked aswell)
Blacked out all unnecessary unused parts on the body
textures. (If you ever planned on using these skins in Minecraft you gotta delete the black area and add a head from any other skin.)

Greetings

Did you ever imagine playing Minecraft and be like, dang it would be cool if I had a cool looking NW-Skin as my char since I enjoy playing NW for countless hours and still counting but cannot find satisfaction in Minecraft due to lack of aesthetics.
Well I won't help you with that sadly. Well maybe kinda.
But what if we just take Minecraft and shove it somewhere else.... like in Napoleonic Wars for example...

Features:

- Pixel-Artified NW Weapon-Textures (Weapons scaled from 1024x1024 to 64x64 and back upwards for pixel-like graphics, Meshes were not edited)

- New Character Creation faces in Minecraft-Style with blocky heads, with core Warband Face-Editing Features. Has no Face-Keys so no ugly Grandma with distorted face anymore. (That's why I warned the people above not to get triggered)

- Every Uniform completely redone with Minecraft-Compatible Textures (Just need to be scaled down to 64x64 and editing faces and maybe change hands back without gloves or something idk and you can actually use these in MINECRAFT)

- Hats have been changed to be worn like a party-hat on top of the heads (Not making them look ridiculously huge and saving time on editing each NW-Characters without losing on the uniqueness of every NW-Unit)

- Hats have been retextured with the same principle as explained above with the weapons.

- Some Uniforms have been replaced to my personal-liking. (Feel free to judge. I won't care)

- Minecraft Horses in various colours.

Download the Alpha if you only want the skins (no effect on terrain and still contains some less finished textures)

Download the Beta for a full experience including more skins, full UI, Terrain and quite literally everything to be changed.

To Install simply OPEN the .rar file with WinRar or any other applicable application. Navigate to your Mount & Blade Warband Folder. Open Modules. Open Napoleonic Wars. Select All Content in the .rar file in WinRAR. Drag & Drop with mouse that content to an empty space inside your Napoleonic Wars Folder. If after extraction the program asks to replace files you have done atleast something correct. Replace All.
To Uninstall simply investigate local files in steam and wait for it to complete.

I am sorry that this release features maybe some unwanted UI changes that are yet WIP and to be changed. However since so many people pressed me to get their hands on it this is the first, unpolished version.

Known Bugs:
- Eyepatch Accessorie for some reason goes over both eyes even though it's not supposed to be.
- Some Textures of the Minecraft-Rescale are still not 100% optimized.[/center]

Not sure if I can actually.
I could offer you to make the textures look more like that. But I am not sure if it would work great if I replace the trees. It is only considered to be a skinpack though.

Anyways, I will do a Terrain-AddOn later regardless with new textures.

Progress is coming along steadily. Having finished the basic design of three factions so far. Only detail-editing left over like fixing arm-button positions and adding specular effects for proper shading effects.

you probably have uniform attachment pants in .brf
use OpenBRF
Look with Morgh's Editor which unit you are having. See what Uniform he has, look in items which mesh name it is. Look it up. See if there are any .1/2/3/4 with pants. Delete pants. Look at Uniform. View Uniform material on the upper view. Look at Specular. See if it is identical/similar to diffuse. If yes but too much white. Open .dds with any proper editing texture program like gimp with plugin or photoshop and darken white areas that match diffuse areas where there is only cloth uniform.

I might be late I know..
Is this server-side or for a real like different module.

You could approach the use of the former post AND change the module lines based off them to always play female voices (module_scripts.py)

for the voice_type_cry and other stuff and shift them or whatever...

I might be a bit late but just asking, is it a real modification or just a skin for nw?

Cause if it was a modification there are ways in scripting to actually achieve your goal (That however requires you to be able to use the mount & blade scripting language)
