Isn't really random though if you know your teams for days tho, especially as there is a high chance some won't show up.

Well its more balanced than a normal tournament so who cares when its announced as long as the outcome is the same? Imo the sense of the tournament is to have more balanced teams = a more interesting tournament and thats given no matter when its announced
