Myself I have gotten about 18 people in my whole NW career.
Other than yourself who's the best recruiters you know?
My are lighting and Braton just a couple of weeks ago he went on a 14 people recruiting spree. Don't know how many lighting has gotten but he recruited the COL of my regiment and has gotten many others.

4th: like 4-5 (2 of them former 30ths)
3eVolt: like 2 (former 30ths)
USMC: 21 (3 of them former 30ths)

Cant really say how much in total, but I will try my best:
450-500 in the 83rd
180 in the 18e
70 in 74th since 30/01 which I think isnt too bad this late into NW.
Looking at the numbers for the 83rd over 6 months makes me remember how shit we were was for a good reason ::)

Before I bought NW :
5th(2013-2014): 250
506th(2014): 190
After I bought NW:
93rd(2014) : 20
5te(2014-2015) : 600+
15th_YR(2015-2016) : 0

You have no idea how many people I had to filter through price, out of the 600 only about 400 ever made it into the steam group. Because of the harsh rules of the 5te a lot of people were rooted out.

Well im not counting people that I had merge with me and stuff like that. I remember the day I recruited Novapoison and Grimsight :^) the good old days

I always managed to get a sh*t ton of recruits for whatever regiment I was in, but like 40% of those recruits couldn't speak very good english... (How the f*ck did I even manage to talk them into joining...?)

85 Recruits or more...30 for first Rifle Company 20 for 2nd Rifle Regiment 35 for Chevauleger Regiment...All inactive xDDD

Four. Two of them left and were never heard from again. One of them was a cancerous 13 year old who pissed off everyone in the regiment and the other was a Hitler enthusiast. Safe to say i haven't tried recruiting in a long time :D

Easily about 500 people. If I worked at it, I can easily bring in about 10 people a day. Not bragging or anything. :D :D

Not counting any of the regiments members ive merged into my regiment or had them join my armys
1stRL: 60ish was promised i could lead Munch's Cavalry Detachment if he had enough men to open a second line company so i recruited hardcore the first summer i got the game and then he decided to not let me lead it after i put in all the work so i left and made the 53e.
53e: Like 120ish that came and went 53e had 250 members in total after a year before i downsized to the 2eDLG
2eDLG: about 20 most of the 76 members were in the 53e originally and many people come from other regiments and ask to join I dont really count that as me recruiting.

That's the biggest issue, recruiting people can be easy as fuck but it's hard to keep people interested. And when you recruit someone and they leave the very same day it kills your motivation for recruiting.
