*SIGN*Competition Details
Following the pre-season, players will have been placed into 1 of 6 divisions. The regular season will consist of a ladder format, giving players the opportunity to climb to the top of the league through out the regular season.

*SIGN*Pre Season Competition
The Pre-Season of the North American Duel League will have players placed into random divisions to play a round robin. How well you do within these divisions will determine your initial placement for the regular season. If a player misses the opportunity to sign up before the pre-season begins they will be placed into the challenger's division or the lowest vacant spot in one of the six divisions depending on the number of sign-ups.

*Challenges*
1.1)In order to make a challenge, you must use the provided format below and post it in this thread.
1.2)Only one challenge on a player may exist at a time. For the sake of fairness, priority will be generally given on a first come, first serve basis.
1.3)You may challenge a player who is challenging another, however, matches must be played in order, and the challenge becomes void if they move out of your division or move below you.
1.4)Challenges may only be made within your division until you reach the top of your division, in which case you will be able to challenge the bottom player of the next division up. You may not challenge players below you. Example: #5 in Division 6 may challenge #4, #3, #2 and #1 for their spots. #4 may challenge #3, #2, #1 etc., #1 of Division 6 will be able to Challenge #5 of Division 5 for their spot.
1.5)You must wait for the ladder to updated before posting a challenge. A post by a moderator will always be made to announce when the ladder has been updated
*Immunity*
2.1)A one week immunity period is given to the victor of a match applicable only to their last opponent. Meaning if a challenger loses to a defender, they may not immediately re-challenge for the same rank, and if the defender loses, they may not immediately re-challenge to regain their previous ranking.
*Matches*
3.1)Matches can be scheduled from Mondays-Fridays during the regular season. Matches will be hosted on Saturdays @ 9-10pm EST, and Sundays @ 9-10pm EST.
3.2)If these days/times do not work for a player, they may contact an available moderator to host their match earlier in the week if their opponent agrees.
3.3)If a player misses these opportunities to play their match, it will be counted as a forfeit.
3.4)All matches, both pre-season and regular season will be done ft7
3.5)Matches will be considered resolved once the score has been posted to the thread with an attached screenshot (in spoilers), by either a participant or a referee/moderator
3.6)Leaving once a match has started will count as an immediate forfeit, unless you give a moderator a reasonable excuse, in which case a player may be granted 5 minutes, if a disconnect occurs, the player who disconnected will have 10 minutes to return before the match is counted as a forfeit. If they return after those time limits, they may ask their opponent to finish the duel, but it will be their opponents choice whether to continue the duel, or accept the forfeit.
*Cheats*
4.1)Cheats/Hacks are prohibited, anyone found to be using them will be immediately banned from the league
4.2)Don't start accusing someone of cheating without some solid evidence.
