That's a pretyy stupid argument isn't it?

I mean yeah let's just completely marginalize the fact that these are incredibly dangerous pieces of technology that were solely designed to take other humans lives, and that just a slight mis-use or mistake can lead to extreme consequences.

I've seen a lot of good debate about gun control, but the "IT'S MAH RIGHTS I WANT AS MANY GUNS AS I CAN GET BECAUSE I WANT THEM YUH HUR?" is pretty startling autistic.

You can own 1000 guns. Doesn't mean that you will use them against the police or anyone else if you have the chance... Its the mentality that needs to be changed not nessarily the law.

Besides that, I am 100% sure that US Police Officers do not ALWAYS shoot when someone has a gun, but rather try to avoid it if possible. I guess they only shoot if they see a thread to them self or someone else.

Obviously no one reports that kind of incidents, because Police shootings with a bunch of dead people is so much more exiting than an arrest.
