Idk about the admins/refs but I mute everyone (then I selectively unmute the officers), so I don't see chatter and don't see it as a big deal. It's not like the refs/admins really need to know what anyone's saying aside from the officers anyways imo.

I never had such issue. The chat is full of teenagers being...teenagers(top fucking kek). Just ignore it and make the right call. When being an admin, making the right call is better than socializing in the chat. If the regimental officers/leaders have an issue, they'll message you over Steam.

Easy stuff. Dont make it complicated.
