Clifton is by far one of the most trustworthy and hardworking guys I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He may not be the most experienced but he has the heart to learn the ropes and help in any way he can. He is humble, kind, and understanding. He always is looking to improve in any aspect of life, whether it be in his band, Volley ball, or NW. He looks to make everyone happy and is very happy go lucky.

He would be a great addition to the team if he is taught more (He already knows a lot of the basics from being a Sgt in the 58e, a regiment heavily involved in competitive play).

Back in the Nr37 we had way too many NCO's that simply didn't cut it in the long run. Waste decided to do a rank reset in order to rebuild the NCO core. Clifton along with Strategist were the first ones to be selected as NCO's due to their cool, care for the regiment, and desire to make a difference.
