We haven't played jay the pedo nor will he be playing in the future. Static hasn't shown up in ages. Colonys is in the old 3e group so don't even try to pin that on him. 18e is an eu regiment so take that off the board. BabyG hasn't played a match yet nor have we expressed meaning to play him until we clean him. Chase is in the old 3e group. EU is a different story.

Idk why you seem to associate not playing a player with kicking out of the regiment but ok. Now you are just grabbing air to try and oppose me. I have only analyzed players from other regiments whose leaders have shown their intent to play. You still can't seem to grasp the concept of what a dead regiment is.

First off I havent seen you express anywhere your intent to not play those players, and the fact that they are in your steam group apparently expresses willingness to play them by your definition and your refusal to accept Caribou wont play for the 18th anymore. Its not grabbing air, its literally taking your own definition and slapping you with it. Also I am beginning to doubt more and more that EU is a different story, as you have some very talented EU players with you that can hold their own even with NA ping. About the 18e thing, thats totally fine, the people I listed in the 18e were also in another NA regiment.
