Pretty sure the 5th won their division.
If I remember correctly, they either won their division then died or died before they played their matches. If the latter is true, then they effectively dropped out (pretty sure I remember them formally dropping out), which is much different from being eliminated.

It totally makes you a better person posting that.
So what about this first regiment to 10 rounds deal instead of 10 rounds total?
