I do not have the power to ban on the forums.  AFAIK chantakey wasn't banned, only muted.(it is not a long mute either)While I may be a senior admin for the server, i am just a regular moderator on the forums.  I have no more power than say, tiki, or malakith.(and even then, my area is mainly the server section)

If you want the person to be banned or otherwise looked into, take it up with apollo or Mcewan.
