Well, I can volunteer to be a part time texturer, but I am also pretty busy with my own mod, but I could model a few uniforms and texture a few of em for you.

Not that is quite a rude reply. They are developing it. And to an invasion mod, there will be coming a lot of coding work. I think this will be great fun.
