Hello everyone and welcome to V1V1T 2016.
We will be using a point system, also known as Round Robin. This means that everyone will get to play at least 8 matches. The tournament will last for 11-13 weeks (3 weeks of group stages, 1 week break, 3 weeks quarter-finals, 3 weeks semi-finals & 1/3 weeks of finals). Everyone can sign up until the 6th of June (max 72) and the actual tournament will start on June 13. All groups will be announced on the 10th of June.

Spoiler
§1. Players will compete against each other in a ''best of 10'' mode.
§1.1 Combat speed will be set on Medium at all times.
§2. We will be using a point system, also known as Round Robin.
§2.1 You will gain 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw and 0 points for losing.
§2.2 The top 5 with the most points in each group after everyone has played their matches will go through to the next stage.
§3. Everyone will get placed into a group with 9 other players.
§3.1 Everyone in the same group will get to play each other once (this means everyone must play at least 8 matches).
§4. All players must play at least 3 matches each play-week.
§5. You must organize your own 1V1 battles.
§5.1 You must add the people that are in your Group on Steam and schedule a minimum of 3 matches each play week with them.
§5.2 If you do not want to add certain people then you can contact one of the Referees and they will schedule the 1V1 for you.
§5.3 Either one of the players or the Referee must post the results of the played matches on this FSE thread and must be able to provide screenshot/video proof if needed or asked for.
§5.4 You are allowed to play without a Referee during the Group-Stages & Quarter-Finals upon agreement from both players aslong as you provide screenshot or video proof if needed or asked for.
§6. Not showing up at scheduled 1V1 battles with a Referee will result in a loss.
§6.1 Not showing up at scheduled 1V1 battles twice without a valid reason will result in either you getting kicked or banned from the tournament/upcoming tournaments hosted by Vince.
§7. Everyone can play their preferred Nation, you must stick with the same Nation throughout the whole tournament.
§8. Players may either choose between Hussar (Ranker) or Cuirassier/Heavy Cavalry (Ranker).
§8.1 You are not allowed to switch classes between rounds or matches. You must stick with the same class throughout the whole tournament.
§9. You are only allowed to dismount yourself if you have already dismouted your opponent during the current round.
§10. No wallhugging.
§11. No delaying.
§12. Keep the all-chat to a minimum, be respectfull towards eachother.
§13. Listen to the Referees. If you do not agree with one of the Referees about certain things, then take a screenshot or make a recording and contact Vince through Steam ASAP.
§14. You are allowed to use your own server & map upon agreement from both players. All semi-final & final matches will be played on the official V1V1T servers.
