Just to clarify python official joined the 12th regiment before the 12th were even in RGL, besides python considers himself a reserve in other regiments and not a member just ask him.

I've invited for 12th many times, in random friendly group fights not for RGL ofc, and I know Irish and their roster fairly well, yes there was 1 invite however the rest I can assure you, were not invites, besides the 18e got rekt xde

Its not that Python is a reserve in other regiments, if he doesn't play for other regiments in RGL why would he lie about attending the GF? Literally 0 point. Nozza wasn't in the 12th, he joined under another name whilst not in the steam group which goes against: 1.1.5. If you are not in the Steam group of a Regiment during the match you are considered as an Invite.
