The Backstory
It is the year 1812 and Napoleon Bonaparte gathers the greatest army Europe has ever seen. But there were not just Frenchmen besides Polish, Dutch and Italian soldiers the defeated nations of Austria and Prussia had to participate in the campaign. The Austrians had the privilege to be commanded by one of their own, Karl Philip Prince of Schwarzenberg, on the other hand the Prussian soldiers were commanded by the french commander MacDonald. The 10. Army Corps, commanded by MacDonald, was orderd to defend the left flank of the Grand Armée and also to conquer Riga. There, at the fields of Riga, the Prussian vanguard consisting of Silesian Skirmisher met the Russian Skirmisher.
What is the Skirmisher League?
The Skirmisher League is a competetive league for skirmisher regiments, fighting 1v1 on the fields of Riga. Every riflemen regiment which has enough time can participate.
How can I participate?
If you have a riflemen regiment with atleast 8 active members, which also is the minimum attendance, just contact me at FSE or at Steam under the following name „[2Lr][KK]Ser Pinfa“.
Five rifleman regiments, the 2Lr, the kk Nr10, the 1.Rhein, the 1y and the 10JBH and one light infantery Regiment, the kk Ins, are currently participating.
How will it proceed?
Every regiment that particaptes will have a 1v1 against every other regiment. These 1v1s will have 10 rounds after that the match will be evaluated. A Victory of any height will be counted as 3 points, a draw will get you 1 Point and a loss of any height will be counted as zero points.
