FSE Forum Administration - Who is who? & How to appeal

Here's a brief guide to who's who in the FSE administrative team, and who you should contact if you've got any questions or issues that need addressing.


Community Manager
(Head of Official Server Administration)
- Currently directly under FSE Developer Administration -

Head Moderator
(Head of the Official Forum Administration)

Global Moderators

Junior Moderators (New Moderators)


Language Moderators

Language Moderators are Moderators who perform Moderator duties only on their respective language boards. They have more permissions then regular Boardmods, are able to issue warnings and can enter the Forum Administration Board. This position is typically used based on the activity of the language board.

- Carabino (French Board)
- Darel (Turkish Board)

Language Boards also have Board Mods, who are only able to edit, move and delete posts and threads on specific boards - Their names appear under those boards.

Official Server Ban/Unban Requests
To request an unban from the Official Servers (or to report other users' misbehaviour), please make a post :Here: following the template posting guidelines for that section. Please be sure to read the rules before posting in this area.

Complaints regarding the abuse of Admin powers
Any issues involving the abuse of admin powers on Official servers should be sent directly to the head of Server Administration via PM or Steam, or to any of the Senior Administrators. Please note that proof of this abuse may be requested during any investigation.

Questions regarding the Forums/Forum Rules
Any questions regarding the functionality or use of the Official FSE Forums may be directed to either a Senior Moderator or the Head Moderator

Forum unban requests
To request an unban on the forums please contact a Senior Moderator or any member of the Forum Moderation staff. Your appeal will then be reviewed and discussed internally until a decision is reached. It is permitted to have a friend do this on your behalf, or add a Senior Moderator/ the Head Moderator on Steam. Please exercise patience and respectful behavior.

Complaints regarding the conduct of a Moderator
Any complaints regarding the conduct of a Moderator (including but not limited to the abuse of their moderation privileges) should be directed to the Head Moderator via PM or Steam. Be aware that proof of misconduct may be requested at any point during an ensuing investigation.


Community issues (inc. but not limited to Harassment, bullying or similar behavior)
Any community issues involving the above circumstances may be directed to any member of the Moderation staff, who where possible will discuss the matter until a conclusion is reached.

For any other forum inquiries, contact a member of the Forum staff.

For any other Official Server inquiries, contact a member of the Official Server administration staff.

The position of Language Moderator has now been clarified in this post, and the rank now shows under their name.

Our two Language boards are Bever, who has performed this duty already for a long time, and Carabino, who has been promoted to this position today.

Duuring:
The title of 'Moderator' is changed back to 'Global Moderator'.

Bever and Carabino are both promoted to Global Moderator. They will also remain the Language Moderators of the German and French board respectively.
