Events: NA / NW++ Mod Thursday NA Event [8PM EST] Grand Opening Event.
« on: July 19, 2018, 06:47:51 pm »Welcome to the NW++ Mod Thursday NA Event, The event is for the Mod I have developed called Napoleonic Wars++ it adds new units for all of the existing countries & adds new weapons, faction based characteristics and 2 new Factions in the Ottoman Empire and the Kingdom of Spain with more factions and more mechanics coming later on. the mod is going to be released on July 23rd 2018 on both the steam workshop & moddb.com and this will be the first Official Event for the mod. All rules are up for debate and may be changed before the event but we will let you know what changes also the Regiment handling Administrator duties may change but we will make this clear by the morning of the event day.

General Rules

1. Max of 1 Officer, Flag and Musician per reg
2. No musketoons or rockets
3. FOC is allowed, however you may not Reload while in melee.
4. FOC is NOT allowed for cavalry, but mounted officers may fire the pistol
5. 3 men make a line, You may fire when in a line formation and static.
6. When a line is in Anti-Cavalry formation they may shoot at enemy lines and cav as long as those shooting are shoulder to shoulder and they cant shoot if any of their line is in melee.
7. Regiments are expected to maintain their normal formation when moving across the map and may break into attack/charge formation only when they are within 100 yards of their intended target.
8. Extreme use of Profane or abusive language, taunting, spamming, racial or ethnic slurs in chat or names will not be tolerated.
9. No Rambo
10. All charge will be called if the round proves to be stagnant.
11. No trolling when rounds go live.
12. No double ranks while in line.
13. No Officer Aim

When playing as Spain only 1 Regiment may use their line in Guerilla tactics such as splitting into groups of 3 or more and harrassing enemy lines in small grouped squads must have atleast 3 men in these groups. (must be reserved by your reg) no other faction or line is allowed to do this when reserved by another line.
2. No Line may reserve Guerrilas that exceeds 10 men, If you do exceed that number the rest must go Line and consist of atleast 3 men.

Arty Rules
