16th(Bedfordshire) regiment of foot
we are a new regiment who plan to have line and skirmisher companies.
I am also looking for a commander with me to help lead the regiment on!

Your ranking structure is missing quite a bit, Enlisted usually only go up to LCpl at max, NCO (Non Commissioned Officers) would be LCpl/Cpl - Sergeant Majors. (Depending on Regiment.) and OCs (Officers) Would be Ensign - Col.
 Mainly what's missing is LCpl and the "NCO" and "OC" ranks having their own category, as you have put them all in the "Enlisted" category.

Some Regiments however make "LCpl" an NCO rank instead of a Enlisted rank, just as some only go up to "Major". I suggest looking at the thread structure of other Regimental threads to gain an idea of a good starting page.

Also a Roster indicating how many current members you have would be lovely.
