I think you've forgotten the criteria of this thread, it's based on groupfighting tournaments, an area where Muleganda,Stephane, Whaleman, Timurid and Harrier really never did anything mention-able to be honest. If you look back to the tournaments around the times of PR, Melee gods, Disciples, etc then you'll notice that I was always in the middle against Ledger almost every tournament final (in my peak, which I have ofc past now). I do agree with some of your changes though.
They were still very good players and imo they need to be mention on that list, that's why I put them in the high tier and not above. For your own rating, you are indeed a very good groupfighting player but in terms of impact that one player can bring to a GF match and the pure skill i don't see you above guys like SpaceKiller, Mik or Moskito. But again that's my point of view.
