As I explained before (but you need to read my post to understand that), nobody got the right on the name, so Kuni can use it if he wishes to (which he did). The problem comes from using images which have been made for Pieter's 17e, without his consent. It is not because you take the name that you've right on the images.

If you think I'm actually favoring Pieter for whatever reasons, then go ahead. You couldn't be more wrong.

Let's be honest everyone has their bias and favors lol in the end but I understand you may be trying to be less bias so I appreciate you for that but like I said I'm willing to work with him.
