as i said why custom banners not banned if they breaking game rules and gives some advantage?

It's very simple; something is game breaking when outside the scope of the client, changing banners doesn't help because you can all just pick a standard banner and remember who's that is, which is what everyone does anyways.

Yellow muskets allow you to easily differentiate between friend or foe; having that additional vision from the yellow musket could save you from being side stabbed knowing it's an enemy musket. Which is probably one of the few instances where it's in the scope of the client but gives an obvious visual advantage, so isn't by definition 'cheating', but can still warrant a ban across tournaments.

If you were smart, you'd understand what's cheating and what's not.

We never used 'points difference', that was just Blitz's mistake in the bracket.

Many top players used it for months or year(s) and so had advantages and they didn't got any punishment but ye now it's public so everyone can use it so some  people wanna ban it -_-

Can also be the opposite, they want to keep them unbanned because they've had the advantage for a long time and don't want to risk losing it. This is pretty much the case for all the top players using it right now and are willing to have the FOV trade-off if it means they can still play with WSE2, but if they never used it, they'd also ban it, but they have and saw the advantage.

If this was a competitive game with thousands of players, all the people who've been using WSE2 before this public release would also be banned for cheating. Unfortunately, if you were to do that, you'd see about 70% of the top 30 banned.
