Because Denmark is pretty irrelevant anyway and nobody was expecting much from them. France was all high and mighty and their ingenious Maginot line was supposed to be impregnable. They also basically turned coat and let the Nazis completely fuck them during the occupation, leaving the fighting to partisan resistance forces, while the actual government fled to the UK.

Perhaps tanks can come in another update, and for the developers, do you plan on hosting an official server or two, or will you be giving out the server module for people to host their own servers?

Or it could be delayed til 2016 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the first use of tanks on the battlefield. Very fitting and respectful, wouldn't want to scorn our ancestors! Maybe 2017 for good measure to respect the first French tanks, who were a year after the British.
