I did not say we wont. I just said we will wait till the end of the application period before we settle it out in any way. Also this gives possible captains the opportunity to prepare their position within their national community.

Actually it would matter, since of course Russia could bring the whole team by themselves, but they won't have a leader, that's all. All of russian-speaking regiments which played competitively were leaded by ukrainians, that's a fact lmao (apart from 1y Nevskiy as I know, which was like Tier 3 regiment or something).

Also bulgarians played last NWWC with Russia as one coalition. That's adding a chance for them to play with us as well.
Also Shogun (the only active latvian player atm) and Slavic (the only one ACTIVE & COMPETITIVE macedonian player atm) both were playing for Team Ukraine.

If we will bring all the facts together, we've got a really good point of playing with each other yes
