Like Kore said some are and some are not. There have been old gens who have came back in 2017 + and be some of the best players or really good players in EU/NA. Examples are Havoc, Windlife, Hellomoto, Zorkoth, Etc.

Yeah it took people 4 years to realize if they just adapted a turtle playstyle and made 0 risks they wouldnt be punished for it due to lack of game mechanics
