keep loseing conntection to nw offcal na 1

say i keep losing connection  to the server can the admins reset? like its happening every 10 mins
my ping is fine (50)  and so is my internet so i think its a server problem as i have had no prob with the other  servers  if possibe then thanks if ont then ll deal the reson this is  a prob is because after i lose connection i cant rejoin for 5 mins as it isn't finding the server
