*WOW SUCH ANNOUNCEMENT WOW MUCH IMPORTANT WOW*

Glenn and Erik with death and with reward did threaten and encourage me, not doing 't and being done: I, most humane and fill'd with honour, to my kingly guest unclasp'd my practise, quit the benefits of fewer teams, which you knew abundant, and to the hazard of all encertainties myself commended, through accepting even greater number. Hence, 4e, 2Lr and 7e teams receive now a belated pony seal of approval and to 16 teams our tournament rises.

Such change by another must be follow'd: that we replace FT5 with FT3, during the 1st round of tournament, so that unexpectedly high amount of players can play out everything as necessary in a time provided with a thought of rather lesser gathering. The FT5 shall return in later stage of the tournament, after amount of teams is reduced.

It is also time for some explainations regarding manner in which we shall proceed.

THE INFO BELOW IS CRUCIAL FOR TEAM CAPTAINS. READ OR BE CURSED.

The saturday is the 1st round of tournament. During that day, 8 matches need to be played.

As soon as you have the brackets and know your opponents (which shall happen later this day), you are requested to agree between your teams upon the possible time interval suiting both parties. Simply set up a hour, but taking in mind that it will be vague agreement until you follow the next step, which is contacting one of our staff (as before, it should be either me or Jokim) to find out what is the nearest available time to that which you prefer. First to ask are first to receive - the 1st pair of teams that will contact us with particular hour in mind will have about perfect chance for having it exactly as they desire, since nobody else could have reserved that hour before them. Meanwhile, we will create a schedule which will be updated gradually as the teams sign-in. Clearly, this means that teams members of which are less flexible and have limited time that day should make sure to contact us ASAP, to avoid problems and reserve the hour that suits them. Issues will be had, for sure, but we are positive that we can make everybody happy enough.

Also, we'd like to make some sort of "meeting" will all team captains (and vice leaders as well if possible) to sort out any final problems and explain completely how it will all go. Meeting will be on Friday (3rd of March), probably 6GMT.
