6v6 should be the new standard tbh. Was always competitive and definitely resulted in a lot of fun matches. Also draft leagues > premade teams unless its like a 4v4, 3v3, or 2v2 tourney.

draft leagues are not better than premade teams.

People convince themselves that draft leagues are more balanced, but honestly, the leagues still end up the same (a couple OP teams, a few mediocre teams and a few shit teams), you don't really end up with anything different than what you'd get with a premade team league. Plus draft leagues are a gamble as to whether you get on a team of people you can vibe with, or if you're stuck having to just tolerate until the seasons over, which sucks, and not everyone who signs up to the league even gets to play in it, which is kind of whack.

I only really sign up cause the other alternative is to not play at all, but I don't get the appeal of draft leagues tbh.

It is super easy to stack a premade. Atleast with drafts people don't always get their 1st, 2nd, 3rd pick & trades can be denied if they're deemed too unfair.

Everyone has their own view points, personally I think draft leagues are easier to make more balanced.

Draft leagues make it way more interesting as you really have no clue who the best team is until a good 2 weeks into the league. With premade teams you pretty much already know whose gonna win or who is the most stacked. drafts also allow for more under dog opportunities as well.
