Welcome to the Saturday Linebattle
I would like to invite regiments to the Saturday Line Battle, which will be taking place on a regular basis every week. The event will be hosted on the HMS Royal server every Saturday at 8:00 p.m. EST. The server name will be SATURDAY_LINE_BATTLE at the time the event takes place! Attendance of each regiment will be taken at 7:40 EST, Info will go out at 7:45, and we will assign at 7:55 SHARP, Event will start at 8 EST & last one hour.

Rules
-All except artillery must join another line when they number less than 3
-No teamkilling!
-No Ramboing!
-No trolling!
-No abusive behaviour!
-No Spamming! [Plank spam]
-Obey the admins!
-No chat spamming
-Refrain from slurs for the event please.
-Less than 3 men must join a friendly line
-Respect other regiments
-TnT is not allowed!
-In an all charge, if you shoot someone you will be slain & they will be revived.
-No splitting of specialty units
-Pistols may be fired on charge but not reloaded
-Don't be toxic. Use common sense. Admins can remove people if necessary.
-Rule of 3 is in effect.
-Garrisoning is allowed inside of walls and buildings
Unit Rules
Infantry 3+
-No FoL,RoL, RoC, FoC
-2 officers maximum
-1 Music/Flag unit is allowed per regiment
-No Spacing, Keep Line Formation
-May not crouch when in combat/reloading
-1 Medic Allowed
Skirmishers 5-15
-2 or less can't fire alone
-FoC is allowed as long as 5 man spacing is maintained
-No RoC / Reloading in melee
-5 man spacing maximum
-May crouch to fire
-1 Medic Allowed
-Must all go Light infantry or must all go Riflemen. No mixed units.
Artillery 4-12
-Two cannons, 2 howies, or 1 howitzer and 1 cannon. Rocket artillery isnt allowed unless admin says otherwise.
-Sappers are allowed, but are restricted to normal defenses (i.e, no plank walls, plankcases to heaven)
-Artillery Guards may fire at a distance of ten man spacing from an active cannon. An active cannon is a cannon being aimed, pushed, (un)limbered or reloaded.
-Destroyed reg lines (3 or less left alive) can stand by arty and act as arty guards with the same rules applied.
Cavalry 5-16
-16 Players, including 2 Officers maximum, allowed; the General unit counts as an Officer and may be replaced.
-If less than 3 mounted, may remain mounted. May NOT initiate melee. Can join existing melee.
-Cavalry must operate in a group, no straying or ramboing towards different units in different areas. Can attack different units in the same general area within reason.
-Cavalry must all be the same type of cavalry no mixing allowed
-Dragoons or any other type of ranged cavalry is required to line up either mounted or dismounted to fire their guns. No FOC is allowed.

Specialties Sign Up Format the same as above, just request the specialty you want. 1 spec per reg unless no one else signs up for a spec within 1 minute, 1 minute after the spec signups open and there is an open spec a reg can request a second spec. Also please only request 1 spec per post.
