INTRODUCTION

The reflection started quite early in the 13e since the staff who for some have a good experience in the competitive environment,
seeing that the members of the French community are becoming fewer and fewer but also that people with very good experience often
already taken in other structures, the idea of setting up an academy in order to train average or even new players and bring them little
by little in the middle competitive while improving their daily game levels quickly. If the observation was finally realized quite early in the
13e, the fact of changing mentalities and putting in place a new methodology takes time. It requires a period of reflection before experimenting.
But above all, there is no question to put an end to everything that has been undertaken before. The 13e is in full question to find a second wind
in the prospect of maintaining in the European elite and to have a new player in the latter in the near future. To get there, it will necessarily go
through a look at what is being done at abroad and what has already been done in the past in the ability to identify the key success factors to
have a new generation quickly. However, the methodology must be built from the culture of the regiment. This is what will allow it to benefit from
a singularity and to stand out from other models of training. Progress while emphasizing the notion of identity 13e, in ideas, training and play.

The objective during the season is to form groups at each training in which the youngsters can progress.
We must be very vigilant on the balance of power, observing their progress, their ways of playing or their successes and mistakes during the GF
and Linebattle in order to quickly correct their faults thus avoid certain errors becoming habits during all competitions or training matches to come.
This is also one of the performance levers in the NW today, being able to empower its players on the pitch and make them more active.
It is therefore decisive that the players can themselves be analysts in the field and thus quickly realize errors.

The 13e's Academy is recruiting a few people btw ! We have a few open slots in both our League one and League two teams.
Obviously you don't have to be a part of the 13e !

Also, name change for both teams soon to distinguish them !
