This thread has hereby officially been turned into a kiss-ass-this-poll-is-rigged-cause-my-favorite-person-is-way-behind-and-that-hurts-my-epeen thread.

Now if you would excuse me. I am gonna do something useful, yep I am gonna masturbate.

Ha ok :P... But i don't know why someone who has got a youtube channel and who i never saw on a server should be champion... whatever... it's not my problem. I'll vote for Sid. Like Harrier isn't on the poll anymore.

This was never to do with having a YouTube channel, people only made it look that way, VulcanHDGaming is, and always will be, simply the best.

VulcanHDGaming simply is the best!

Unbeknownst to the rest of the community, I actually approached Evan on the first night of voting and suggested we resign from the poll together in protest after witnessing the politically-driven flamefest it had turned into. He declined. Now, however, it seems he's gone ahead unannounced and left me in a very uncomfortable predicament.

I've worked hard not only on my ability to play the game but on my place in the community. I never ruffle feathers or create an issue where there need not be one, and I hope that I'm seen by many as a respectable member of it. Right from the outset this poll has, frankly, been an embarassment to be a part of as it soon became obvious that the majority of voting was not done on merit. For that reason, I announce my desire to be removed from the poll and hopefully move on from this stain on the community. It is a shame that Evan and I couldn't have left together with heads held high at the earliest opportunity, but, alas. Thank you to those that voted honestly and genuinely, whomever for, and I apologise for the extremely negative tones in my (first) post; I'm just very disillusioned with the way in which a supposed fun forum game has been handled.
It's a very noble thing for you to do. It's a relief to know that there are people like you still in this community. You have nothing to be sorry for. :)

Noble? He is doing this so he does not risk losing. And by indicating that some votes has been unfairly given he can hold his head high.

It really does sound like there only is one option to these issues.
25 posts before being able to vote.
And/or
Profile made at least 1 month before vote (perhaps a bit much, but a time restriction is the idea).

But why would you consider him as a made-up person then?

Because I know Daniel, Biggun and co have been making up fake players for various other polls such as the Montenegro one - in which the winner, whom they all voted for, was that fake player. They do enjoy destabilising well-meaning polls like that, so I assumed the same thing about Vulcan who I have never heard of and most of the NW community has probably never heard of either.

I call whine!

It is nowhere near logic, perhaps it would be logic on the surface if you don't think about it. What this will end up being is a big mess of confussion.
