Photoshop is silly. Use Gimp!
I always have problems with hair, I just can not get it to look right.

Ayy Gimp is a nice program aswell. I have it, but I can't work with it haha.

Gimp is hard to work with, but more possibilities. Paint.NET needs a lot of plug ins. :P
