QuoteWhy not just drink diet drinks and not have to suffer through the horror of only drinking water?Diet sodas are even worse for you than regular sodas. All sorts of horrible chemicals put in there to balance out the lack of other stuff. Anyway, my favorite sodas tend to be Crush orange soda, Sprite, Root Beer, and occasionally Stewart's or Boyland cream soda. Boyland also has some good cherry soda. I personally find Coke, Pepsi and other "cola" sodas to be disgusting.

In theory we could do huge player numbers far over 500 players per server... As such we will surely keep our promise to deliver you the 500 players per server. We will probably go (far) over it, but that's for later.

It talks specifically about the chemicals that are added to the soda to replace the ones that were taken away, which end up being even worse.

The study (all of them were talking about the same source) only noticed a correlation anyway, so we can't distinguish between the two causes.

However my original point was just responding to what you said about how he should drink diet soda to lose weight, or something along those lines. The specifics of it are kind of foggy, but it still stands that it's not any better for you.
The concept name "diet soda" itself doesn't sound very healthy itself for sure.
