I have a Uruguayan friend, so they will be justified. I have yet to find some uniforms though, i've only been finding paraguayan and brazilian uniforms.

Gameplay will be the most important no matter what. However, I was asking if I should mold the gameplay around historical accuracy, albeit I worded it quite horribly.

It would be hard. The reason I chose early war is because it was the most balanced. The majority of the war was muzzle loading rifles against breech loaders. Even in early war, the Paraguayans had very little chance of a victory, Evident in the lack of shoes the Paraguayan men had.

Not possible. If the faction is in the game, it can fight all the other factions. In order for them to have an alliance, they have to be one faction.

Alright, after talking to the other developer, we have decided to change direction. The paraguayan war would be hard to balance. So we are doing a final change and switching to WW1 1914.
