Modifications / Help with new flags

Hey guys, I've been trying to edit the flags/banners in the banners_a.dds file. I want to replace the French flag with the Orange Free State flag. I tried to do this but had a lot of problems as this is my first time. Could some one please do this for me?

History The creation of the Tyrolean and Voralberg Landesschützen units was originally ordered in December 1870 at a strength of ten battalions bearing the numbers 1 to 10 ( from 1889 I to X) with a projected wartime establishment of four field and one replacement companies each. The yearly recruiting contingent was set at 413 men per year. According to the statute of 1874, every battalion had in peace-time four field companies. being of predominantly German nationality the command language of the Landesschützen was German and the title of the private soldier was initially Schütze which in 1894 was changed to Landesschütze. The strength of a battalion was comparable to that of common army Feldjäger battalion. These were excellent marksmen although - unfortunately - were partially armed with smoothbore muskets instead of rifles. But there was only 1 battalion of 'Silesian' Schützen (Schlesisches Schützen Bataillon) . After 1814 war additional battalion was formed from volunteers from Neufchatel. They joined the Guard Infantry. The Schützen were intended to fight in similar way as the Jägers. In 1814 at the Battle of Vauchamps 2 companies of 'Silesian' Schützen made a bayonet-charge against Napoleon's guard lancers and threw them back in disorder. Hello community, I have been playing mount and blade regularly, but just just recently when I click on multiplayer a message pops up saying Unable to Connect to server. Can anyone help me with this, I cannot get on any server

Since I just started, the "team" is looking for coders, modelers, and texturers to help out. In the end, the mod will add lots of new additions that will enhance gameplay! The Second Boer War, in my opinion was very interesting for a lack of a better term, and is not very well known. This Mod may bring up the awareness of the war! Hey Guys, Im trying to get into 3d modeling/texturing, and was wondering if there is a way to take a file/model from the game, and import it into wings 3d, where I can edit it, and retexture it. Is this possible? If so, could someone please tell me how to do this .

The regiment first saw active service during the American War of Independence, and were posted to India during the Anglo-Mysore Wars. During the Napoleonic Wars, the 52nd were part of the Light Division, and were present at most of the major battles of the Peninsula campaign, becoming one of the most celebrated regiments, described by Sir William Napier as "a regiment never surpassed in arms since arms were first borne by men". They had the largest British battalion at Waterloo, 1815, where they formed part of the final charge against Napoleon's Imperial Guard. They were also involved in various campaigns in India. The regiment was raised as a line regiment in 1755 and numbered as the "54th Foot"; they were renumbered as the "52nd Regiment of Foot" in 1757. In 1781, the regional designation "52nd (Oxfordshire) Regiment of Foot" was given, and in 1803 the regiment was the first regular British Army regiment to be designated "Light Infantry". In 1881 the regiment was merged with the 43rd (Monmouthshire) Regiment of Foot to become the regiment later known as the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry. Information The 52nd Oxfordshire Line Infantry is a regiment for the Napoleonic Wars. The real 52nd was light Infantry, but we will represent them as line infantry. We have many tactics, and have the pleasure of  being a line. We have our own training server to use. Also we dedicate our time to equally train each member so that they know what do to do in different situations. The 52nd Was a real regiment during the Napoleonic Wars, and consisted of two battalions. Each battalion had its own officers, and men. Our goal is to create a fun, relaxed environment for all Napoleonic players to enjoy. The 57th York Artillery is looking for active North American Players! We are are currently only an artillery regiment but as soon as we reach the 10 member mark we will be adding an infantry company.
The regiment was formed because we (the founders) felt that many regiments were too serious and we wanted to create a laid back, active, and above all casual regiment.
