To all the South American players the reason for you not being able to play is due to the fact that once Cpt's were decided nation sign ups were closed so no more nations can be added to the cup, sadly you missed the oppertunity or something could have been arranged, you are not the only nation to have this issue but do not make assumptions that I am racist for what people that are nothing to do with the organisation of this tournament say, thanks.THIS MESSAGE IS NOT IN ANY WAY ENDORSED BY THE FSE STAFF.
General Rules 1. Each event will consist of two (2) random maps, each of which will be played until one team wins 3 rounds (best of 5). 2. No foot guard unit(s) is to be chosen. 3. No skirmisher/rifle/light infantry/grenzer unit is to be chosen. 4. You must be in line to fire! This means no firing on the charge, no firing out of line, and no firing on horseback (cavalry). 5. No blatant officer aiming. If it is clear that a soldier was obviously aiming for another soldier playing the officer class, he/she will be slain. 6. No delaying. Causing the round to last longer than necessary is fun for no one. 7. Respect the decisions of the admin(s). Any admin complaints can be forwarded to 9th Spork, and can be dealt with after the event. 8. Any unit (specialist included) charging the enemy are to maintain some cohesion, and are not to charge all the way across the map. *NOTE*: Any breaking of the above rules, and the rules following this message, can result in a slay at the discretion of the admin(s). | Line Infantry Rules 1. An infantry line must have at least three (3) men to remain firing and in a line. When below three men, a regiment is to form up with a friendly line, or if none remain, they are to charge directly toward the enemy. 2. An infantry line is to have no more than 1/2-man (one-half a man) spacing, but is obviously allowed to have less. 3. An infantry line is expected to close any gaps to at least the maximum spacing after taking casualties. | Dragoon Rules 1. Dragoons must have no more than fifteen (15) cavalrymen. 2. Dragoons must only select their nation's dragoon class. 3. Dragoons must dismount when less than five (5) horses are remaining in the unit. 4. Dragoons must dismount and form a line to fire. 5. When dismounted, dragoons are permitted to have a maximum of 1-man spacing in their line. | Artillery Rules 1. An artillery battery is permitted no more than two (2) guns of any variation. 2. There is no limit to the amount of guards guarding the artillery battery, however they are to follow the same rules as line infantry (spacing, etc.). 3. When they are the last ones remaining on a nation, the entire artillery battery (guards, gunners, etc.) is required to charge the enemy.[/size] |
